Acai and Almond Milk Smoothie

I love a good protein smoothie and this one is my favorite. It is completely plant-based and super delicious. The inspiration for this smoothie comes from my favorite celebrity nutritionist Kimberly Snyder. Her go-to recipe is slightly different, so I highly suggest considering her recipe, which has hemp powder and a banana. I even used this smoothie throughout several of my pregnancies. Here is the simple recipe:

2 cups of almond milk

2 tbsp of chia seeds

2 tsp of acai berries

2 drops of stevia extract

(To make add a protein powder include 4 tbsp of hemp seed protein powder). 

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!
