As a part of my “skinny pregnancy” series where I focused on a healthy weight gain through better nutrition and exercise, I shared a green smoothie that was my absolute favorite.
Here are the ingredients:
1 cup of filtered water
1 cup of baby spinach
1 cup of lettuce
1 gala apple
1 medium banana
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients into the blender. I like to use a Vitamix (click the word vitamix for the affiliate link to purchase it, if you need a new blender). Pour into a glass and drink up.
This was a simple and easy snack I would go to during my pregnancy, which is full of nutrition.
